1. General Policy

Every booking made on iTravelTicket is subject to the cancellation, refund and amendment rules of the respective airline, hotel, bus operator, travel supplier, service provider or booking partner. iTravelTicket acts as a travel booking platform and facilitates bookings based on supplier availability, fare rules and applicable terms.

2. Flight Booking Cancellation

Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare rules, cancellation charges, no-show charges and refund eligibility. Some fares may be non-refundable or partially refundable. Customers are advised to check fare rules before confirming a booking.

Airline cancellation charges, convenience fees, payment gateway charges and iTravelTicket service fees may be deducted from the refundable amount, wherever applicable.

3. Hotel Booking Cancellation

Hotel cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of the selected hotel or accommodation provider. Some bookings may offer free cancellation within a specified time, while others may be non-refundable or may attract cancellation charges.

No-shows, early check-outs or unused nights may not be eligible for refund unless approved by the hotel or supplier.

4. Bus Booking Cancellation

Bus ticket cancellations are subject to the rules of the respective bus operator. Cancellation charges may vary based on route, operator, time before departure and ticket type.

5. Holiday Packages

Holiday package cancellations are subject to the terms of airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators and destination service partners included in the package. Cancellation charges may vary depending on the travel date, package components and supplier rules.

6. Railway Reservation Queries

Railway reservation assistance provided through iTravelTicket is based on the details submitted by the customer. Any cancellation, refund or change related to railway services will be handled as per applicable railway rules, availability and service terms.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a cancellation is successfully processed and refund is approved by the airline, hotel, supplier, operator or payment partner, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the airline, hotel, supplier, bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet provider or payment gateway. In most cases, refunds may take approximately 7 to 15 working days after approval, but timelines may vary.

8. Convenience Fees and Service Charges

Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, service fees, processing fees or support charges may be non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise. Any applicable charges will be deducted as per booking terms and supplier rules.

9. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed, customers should contact iTravelTicket support with payment proof, transaction ID and booking details. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed as per payment gateway and bank timelines.

10. Booking Changes and Amendments

Any request to change travel date, passenger name, route, hotel stay, room type or other booking details is subject to supplier approval, availability and applicable charges. Some bookings may not allow changes after confirmation.

11. No-Show Policy

If a customer does not report for a flight, hotel stay, bus journey or booked service within the required time, the booking may be treated as a no-show. No-show bookings may be non-refundable or may attract additional charges as per supplier rules.
