1. Use Booking Reference
Enter your Booking Reference number, not only PNR. Example: 86291234.
2. Use Registered Email
Enter the same email address used while booking your ticket.
3. Check Before Cancelling
Open Fare Rules and View Cancel Charges before sending a cancellation request.
Refunds are subject to airline/supplier rules. After cancellation approval, refund credit may take 3β4 business days from the supplier/airline side.
