Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger details, contact information, travel dates, destination details and payment information. iTravelTicket will not be responsible for booking errors, cancellations, additional charges or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment, supplier confirmation and generation of booking confirmation, ticket, voucher or reference number. In some cases, booking confirmation may be subject to availability, fare changes, supplier approval or verification.
Travel prices, fares, taxes, fees and availability may change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed only at the time of booking and payment. iTravelTicket does not guarantee that fares shown earlier will remain available later.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other approved payment service providers. Customers must ensure that payment details are correct and that sufficient balance or credit limit is available.
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, service fees or processing charges may apply depending on the booking type and payment method.
All cancellations, refunds, date changes, name corrections, route changes or booking amendments are subject to the rules of the respective airline, hotel, bus operator, travel supplier, service provider or booking partner.

Flight bookings are subject to airline fare rules, baggage rules, check-in rules, cancellation terms, no-show policies and other airline conditions. Customers are responsible for carrying valid government ID, passport, visa or any other travel document required for travel.
Hotel bookings are subject to the rules of the selected hotel or accommodation provider. Check-in/check-out time, cancellation policy, guest ID requirements, extra guest charges and other hotel-specific conditions may apply.
Bus bookings are subject to operator rules, route availability, boarding point conditions, cancellation rules and travel regulations. Customers must reach the boarding point on time and carry valid ID proof where required.
Holiday packages may include flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, meals or other services. Package inclusions and exclusions will be shared at the time of booking. Any changes may attract additional charges based on supplier terms.
Railway-related services on iTravelTicket may be provided as enquiry or assistance services. Customers must submit accurate journey details. Railway booking, cancellation, refund or change rules will apply as per the relevant railway/service provider guidelines.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, passport, visa, permits, health documents, travel insurance and any other documents required for travel. iTravelTicket is not responsible for denied boarding, denied check-in, visa rejection or travel disruption due to missing or invalid documents.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, service failures, overbooking, schedule changes or actions taken by third-party service providers, but we will reasonably assist customers where possible.
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, interfere with website functionality, copy content without permission or use the platform for unlawful activities.
iTravelTicket will not be liable for indirect losses, missed flights, denied boarding, supplier cancellations, schedule changes, natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, payment gateway issues, bank delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
iTravelTicket will not be responsible for failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical outages, supplier failures, government actions, pandemics, airline disruptions, weather conditions or internet/payment system failures.
The content, logo, branding, design, text, graphics and website materials of iTravelTicket are protected and may not be copied, reused or distributed without permission.
iTravelTicket may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website means acceptance of the updated terms.
